Our church is committed to supporting newcomers, refugees, and vulnerable individuals, especially those who face language barriers. We provide practical guidance, form assistance, and compassionate support to help people settle and build a stable life in the UK.

Housing Benefit & Housing Application Support

We provide supports:
  • Assistance with Housing Benefit applications
  • Council housing registration and bidding
  • Help understanding tenancy agreements
  • Communication with housing officers

Universal Credit Setup

We provide supports:
  • Creating and managing Universal Credit accounts
  • Identity verification support
  • Uploading documents and reporting changes
  • Understanding payment statements

Driving Licence (Provisional) Applications

We provide supports:
  • Applying for Provisional (L) Driving Licence
  • DVLA form assistance
  • Guidance on theory and practical tests

Help with Official Letters

We provide supports:
  • Reading and explaining government letters
